For browsing, or if you need ideas, or not sure what you’re looking for, then using our detailed Product Category Tree is like having your own website “sales clerk” to help you. If you have an account and are logged in, you also have a Compare function and a Wishlist function, to organize and assist you with your purchases. When you find what you are looking for, just add to the Cart and you can proceed to the Checkout Process.
– Gift Messages:
If this product is a gift and you would like a personalized message to go with it, you can enter that in the check out process.
– Multiple Addresses:
You can place separate orders for products going to multiple addresses or use our NEW Multiple Address function in the checkout, creating one order but shipping pieces to different addresses. In the checkout process, just click on the “Checkout with Multiple Address” link. You will then be able to enter the other addresses (first time only), which will show up in drop-down boxes for each product. Select the appropriate address for each product and proceed to checkout. Your shipping will be automatically readjusted for each separate shipment. Proceed through the rest of the checkout process, and have one payment for multiple address orders.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns are accepted within 45 days of purchase. When returning items, please indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side of the packing slip and include the packing slip in the carton. For your protection, you may wish to send your return via UPS or insured parcel post. Please send all returns to:

– Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloaded products, personalized items, out of print, and items purchased on clearance are not returnable.
– Damaged or Defective Merchandise
All damaged or defective items need to be reported upon receipt of the merchandise. Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 20 days. Items with manufacturer defects need to be reported within 45 days of purchase.
